iLuvMacs are a UK based Apple dealer, specialising in parts, accessories, and software for Apple Macintosh computers. We are a small family-run business, and pride ourselves on offering exceptional personal service to our customers. We supply free after-sales support, and will try our best to help you with any Mac related problem - even if you haven't purchased anything from us!
How do I Place an Order?
If you wish to order any product on this site, just click on the 'Add to Basket' and follow the payment instructions below. Alternatively, you can just use the Contact form to tell us what you would like, or use the same Contact form to get a no-obligation quote for any Mac related product.

Paypal is a free and secure method for making online payments - to purchase an item:
- Click on the 'Add to Basket' button, which will open a new page showing your order.
- Alter the quantities, or click on 'Continue Shopping' to take you back to the Sales pages.
- When you have finished shopping click on the 'Checkout' button (on the Sales Item page).
- Check that the quantities and prices are correct, then click on the 'Secure Checkout' button.
Cheque or Postal Orders
To pay by Cheque or Postal Order, follow steps 1-3 above, then print the page and post it (remembering to include your name & address) to:

Delivery
Delivery to anywhere in mainland UK is included in the purchase price. Please contact us for other delivery destinations. Unless otherwise advised, you will receive your order within 5-7 days. Delivery is by Royal Mail, using First Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, or Standard Parcel Service, depending on the value and weight of the order. Tracking numbers are available by request.
Item Condition
Items with the 'New' label are brand new and unused, although they may not always be retail-boxed. 'Refurbished' items will have been cleaned and tested, and are supplied with any necessary drivers, instructions, serial numbers etc.
Warranty
All items come with 6 Months warranty. We offer replacement or refund on any faulty items, returned to us within 6 Months of purchase. (This statement does not effect your statutory consumer rights).
